Question

Messages lost with false headings

Dec 8, 2011 11:14AM PST

Occasionally, when attempting to move a received or sent message to a particular folder, the message gets lost. At the same time, the Reference Line (Header) of a completely different message, that had already been placed in the same folder, is replaced with the Reference Line (Header) of the lost message!

Is there anyway to retrieve such lost messages? How can I avoid this in the future?

I have over 100 folders and sub-folders - too many?

My system: Windows 7 64 bit, I'm located in Germany with a laptop purchased there but using the American English version of Windows Live Mail.
