I had to reload the system, everything O.K. except a small (2"X1") window with "VGA MODE NOT SUPPORTED" in
middle of window. I can not get ride of it. May I get some suggestions/help please.

Finish reloading the system.

My bet is you reloaded only Windows and have not installed motherboard and video drivers.
