Question

message when opening my browser

Another issue since installing win 10??When I open google or open this site, this appears--- Windows cannot find C users user appData Roaming Mozilla Firefox profiles 2oq7p6te default ex.. update .exe Hope it is something simple,getting tired of these issues. This site and firefox still open but? TY dark...

I think this is why many are ditching the PC for smart phones. Problems like this can really throw folk for a loop. The Mozilla support did look correct to me but let's say you only use the PC and don't care for it's inner workings or such.

There's another way to get it working but some will chafe on it. Create a new Windows User then login on the new account. Firefox should work again.

Here is what worked for me.. I downloaded Revo Uninstaller,deleted Mozilla with it,and re installed Mozilla,and everything is working at this point??? We shall see. T.Y dark

Good choice and this should fix it as it deleted the folder noted by the Mozilla support article.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
