Message tree display

When I am viewing a message and look at the message tree under the message.

The distance between the highlighted message and the message directly underneath is reduced, compared to the distance between the other messages in the tree.

The reduction in space, between the highlighted message and the one below, makes the subject line of the message (below) difficult to read.

This only occurs with Firefox, IE does not have this problem

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
