Merry Christmas Everyone

by MarkFlax Forum moderator / December 24, 2010 5:24 AM PST

Even if you don't celebrate Christmas with your religion.

I don't celebrate Christmas, but that's not religious based. It's because I'm a sad old geezer who won't spend his money, but then, that's just me! Devil

Have a good one!

And Merry Christmas to You, too1
by Bill Osler / December 24, 2010 5:50 AM PST

Let's be real, nobody has a clue exactly when Jesus was born. Christmas is as good a time as any to have a party, so why not cheer up the winter with a holiday?

Eat, drink and be merry, for 'tomorrow' ... we have to go back to work. In the dark. When it's cold.

It doesn't require spending oneself into bankruptcy. Personally, I get the feeling that Christmas revelers of merry old England with wassail and mummers plays might have been as good as it ever got. Happy

No children to watch opening presents? That's the best part of Christmas for the older ones anyway. Those precious looks of joy and happiness.

Merry Christmas to all
by Roger NC / December 25, 2010 5:20 AM PST

Seems a bit like after Christmas to me, but just because my family all met on Thursday.

(And maybe because I went to work for a half day this morning to do a quick check on environmental equipment this morning.)

Anyway, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to everyone.

And hopes and wishes that the New Year will be happier and more prosperous for everyone.
