Menu - Set Up - Audio Track

by Dillpickle60 / December 7, 2014 8:45 AM PST

I cannot find "Set Up" in menu. I'm trying to troubleshoot audio and my cable company wants me to click on Menu - Set Up - Audio track to see if English is the default. I can't find anything under Menu that leads me to the Set Up or audio track default. I have a Samsung 6000 series Smart TV (3D).

That's only for OTA, you have cable.

Since I can't guess what cable system you're on and almost all here use cable boxes, the setup is theirs, not the TV.

Well then, I still have no idea how to get into Set Up. Yes, I have a cable box - cable co. is Mediacom. My issue was that Fox HD (NFL) was broadcasting the Seattle game in Spanish this afternoon. Then it would switch to English and a few minutes later back to Spanish. I told them my neighbor had the same issue. Their solution was for me to check the default language in the audio track - whatever that meant.

The nail in the coffin was the neighbor had the same issue. I don't know if you are seeing what I see but the cable companies mess up a lot.
