First, if you haven't been to the Windows Update site, please visit the Windows Updates site and install all the "High Priority" updates listed for you machine.. If you're still seeing the problem, try installing the patch from the link below:

Or...You may receive a similar error message that references Shell32.dll when you run AVG Anti-Virus Control Center from Grisoft, Inc. This problem occurs if you are also running BricoPack Vista Inspirat from CrystalXP. To resolve this problem, uninstall BricoPack Vista Inspirat.
In addition, if the above steps don't take care of the issue, it would help us if we knew EXACTLY when you are seeing the error message..
