Mental block ?

I hope there are people here who can help, people who have experienced what my friend has experienced.

My friend has been using a password to her accounting program for over ten years. At the start of her working day, she would enter the password, perhaps without having to think about it. Three days ago, she forgot the password, and has been unable to recall it. It is a simple alpha-numeric password of perhaps only 5 letters. She could not even remember how that password came to be.

I have advised her to relax and to take some rest and to not think about the matter. I would be grateful for some advices and suggestions. Thanks.

Suggest that your friend not to be too concerned.... go to work as usual... sit at the keyboard with hands on....pretend to type....it may suddenly come as it suddenly went....Do tell your friend to supply nitrient to the brain, e.g. sugar...sweet drinks, sweets, etc. If still unable to recall, try the services of a professional hyponist, or clinnical psycologist...

Youmay also want to google for "recalling passwords", etc.....
