Memory card

If the card slot on the printer has any dust in it at all, attempt to clean it out with canned air. If that's not the case, can you connect the camera to the computer and upload the images? If the camera also no longer reads the card, it has become corrupted. If the images are very important they can be recovered from the card with a program like, "Recover My Photos" which allows you to see what's on the card. You can Google them or any number of others like them. I believe they charge $27 if you decide to recover files.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
