memory sticks

I was wondering if its possible to look at a memory stick,and tell how much memory it is? im looking at one of my dads memory sticks,and it has like a #MT80132M-7 9502 another # 9452 B USA MT4C4001JDJ

And I've been at this for so long I won't tell you!

However, if I use google.com and those numbers I could figure it. But I don't know how many chips are on each stick so I can't give you a final answer.

MT80132M is a 0.5MB DRAM
MT4C4001 is from what I can tell a 0.5 MB chip.

Usually found in a set of 8 giving you a 4 MB 30 pin stick. Very old, usually found as a key ring adornment or decorating my office Christmas tree.
