MT80132M is a 0.5MB DRAM
MT4C4001 is from what I can tell a 0.5 MB chip.
Usually found in a set of 8 giving you a 4 MB 30 pin stick. Very old, usually found as a key ring adornment or decorating my office Christmas tree.
