Memory display is not correct

by golfsalot / January 30, 2006 7:24 AM PST

Why does the memory size not display correctly in the system setting sometimes? If I install 2 sticks of 512, it should be 1024. Some machines don't display the correct amount? Why?

I have two sticks of 256MB installed but the system info thing reports 504MB. The onboard video borrows 8MB.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
