Is there a card reader that can transfer photos to different card or maybe a flash drive without needing a computer? Thanks everyone for the help.

Yes and No

I had to find mine, I could not remember what it was called.
I bought it about five years ago.

It is called "OTG Photo & Data Transfer Bridge"
OTG stands for On The Go.
Distributed by i.Perris Mobile Technology
Made in China

The problem is:
It is no longer manufactured, but you can find used and refurbished ones on the Internet.

It has a USB socket on each side.
You plug a USB card reader into the input and
you plug a USB card reader into the output.
Put a card in each card reader.
Press the one button and wait until the light goes out.

I am told that it will not transfer video files.
But it will transfer photo files.
