Megxon T51 freezing with memory card

I recently purchased a Megxon T51 camera from eBay and I find the camera is great and very easy to use for basic happy snaps.

However, I am having problems with it when I use a memory card. I am using a Kingston 512MB SD memory card which seems to jam the camera. Every time I insert the memory card, the camera will not function at all - it completely freezes and I have to open the battery compartment to remove the memory card otherwise I can not turn it on or off. I originally thought the problem was with the memory card so I returned it and got a new one but the problem is still happening.

I have tried new batteries
I have made sure the memory card lock is off.
I have formatted the camera.

When the camera does not have the memory card in it, it works perfectly. Is this a compatability problem?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
