MEGXON S304

Jun 11, 2005 6:35AM PDT

Hello to any and all poeple using MEGXON cameras. I am VERY WORRIED AND CONCERENED HERE.
I just won a camera on ebay for $76.00 + $24.00 shipping. Researching the comments here, sugges this camera is nothing but junk. Please say it aini't so and I have not wasted my money.

I am planning on getting a SD 512 MB card, and reading comments here, they don't work, once inserted into the camera, and there is no documentation on how to unclock it.... Can someone here assure me, tell me how to unlcok it once I get the camera.

I really am not a fan of wasting my money on junk and something that does not work. Nor am I a fan of being a guinea pig for companies to test their products on while we spend money for them.

Please, can someone send me some pictures taken with this camera as is, non photoshopped, etc, and let me see what I will be working with.

My email address is: Gemini365i@GMAIL.COM

Thanks a lot for any help offered.
JE

It's a gimmick to part you with your money.

Megxon S304

The Megxon is a 3.14 megapixel camera with no optical zoom.

You will find the specifications at this link:

http://www.megxon.com/products/S304/S304.htm

I would not run out and spend a lot of money for a large capacity card. See if you can get a smaller card for now.

I would not say the camera is junk but it very low-end.

This same physical camera is also sold by SVP (Silicon Valley Peripherals),
except they call it DC-12B,
and it has an SVP logo on it.

They also say it is a 12 megapixel camera, but it is not. It is a 3.14 megapixel camera.
