Megxon s1 problem

Hi. I just went on a five month holiday with my new megxon s1. All my photos appear in xp in a raw format, and I cannot view them. Have tried numerous file conversion programs, and am somewhat fustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I susupect these are the repocussions of buying cheap, no-name brands.

A basic camera like the S1 does not use RAW.

It does appear to have an odd-ball way to retrieve photos from the camera.
