Medion Life X47002 vs sony dcr-dvd805e

I currently have the sony dcr-dvd805e which is an okay camcorder but it lacks the HD and its quite old, but on the other hand it is Sony which is a quality brand

I looked at the Medion Life X47002 which is a stylish and slim camera and has the ability of filming in full 1080 hd it is also cheap, however it is a brand which i have never heard about before
