I had a lot of difficulty organising files from classical music downloaded from old CDs which do not have internet information. Windows Media Player seems to have its own incomprehensible method for ordering music files although these seem straightforward when viewed in Windows Explorer (XP). Using Mp3tag I thought I had got things sorted out, but now I find that Simple Center orders things in reverse, so for example third movements are played first followed by second and ending then with first. This is despite names or track numbers, and despite the fact that WMP and Sansa Fuze now recognise all files correctly. How can I persuade Simple Center to count upwards and not backwards?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
