Media Player 10 Won't Get CD Info

Hey I have media player 10 and when i put in a CD to burn or listen too media player will never fill in the CD information. If I click find album info on the rip CD screen it ca always find the album info it just wont fill it in on the play screen or once i burn it. Thanks for any help

1. A firewall stopped it.

2. The CD was one of those newer DRM protected content.

3. There are bugs in WMP 10. You can guess that, but I'll confirm it. Your choice to ask its maker to write bug free software.

And then the internet could have been busy.

hmm none of that worked Sad and microsoft wants 35$ to help me. Any other ideas?

You knew that was coming.

-> You may be under the impression that this software is bug free.

Let me assure you that Microsoft's offerings work for most people, most of the time. Items like you posted are on the outer edges and they seem to ignore it.

What do I do? I use something else if an application doesn't work for me.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
