Media Monkey will not open...

Hi folks. I'm having a strange issue with Media Monkey in Win XP. There are two profiles on this PC, one for me and one for my wife. MM works just fine under my profile, but I was using it under my wife's profile last night - after accidentally closing it in the task manager I went to reopen and got the Windows message "Media Monkey has encountered a problem and needs to close. (etc...)". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the behavior remains exactly the same. Any ideas?
