Hi, Evie.

Not gloating at all. Perhaps a bit of "I told you so," as one of my biggest objections to the ill-advised Iraqi adventure is that it took (and continues to take) attention and resources away from the real problems in Afghanistan. BTW, if McLaughlin is correct and Somalia is the new seat of a resurrected Al Qaeda, what military resources do we have left to take care of THAT situation?

Nope, sorry Dave, this is gloating and highlighting any failure -- perceived or real (and there always will be some) -- for political smearing.
