Hi, Mary Kay.

Gee, I wonder if the African countries can sue Bush for the promised AIDS aid that never materialized?

Instead Dave, I wonder if WE can sue the AFRICAN countries for sending HIV out into the world? They are the perpetrators, using your world view,...we are their victims.

Who knows, Mary Kay...

Who knows Mary Kay, a cup of hot coffee was worth $2.9 Million a while back. Let's see what happens when an ambluance chaser.....Ooops, I forgot, a personal injury lawyer gets thru with it. Wow, almost forgot "ambulance chaser" in not currently acceptable, considering current politics. I think the current campaign logic is that a personal injury lawyer once got a judgement for a kid, therefore all judgements obtained by all personal injury lawyers are appropriate.

J, shame on you for using that "a... c..." word! Clearly, such persons have must deep personal self-esteem issues or they wouldn't be in that line of business. It is the duty of the rest of us to promote their self esteem by not simply by bestowing on them a more magnanimous term for their contributions to society, but we must further browbeat all the naysayers and other conservatives into believing the assertion that such behavior is, by our new social definition, good, and once we have all agreed it is good, it will in fact be good...

besides, there won't be a repeat of the "F. yourself" scene - next time it will be "My lawyer will be in touch with you."

Of course the "other" party's campaign logic is that despite the fact that many personal injury judgments are quite legitimate, "personal injury lawyer" automatically = "slimeball."
