by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / February 25, 2004 7:20 AM PST

In one day's time, the tool has been updated for Netsky.C

McAfee has released STINGER (their standalone cleaning tool) for Netsky "C".

Update History - 2/25/2004 Added W32/Netsky.c@MM

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to update stinger like you can spybot and adaware or do I need to delete currant version and download new version for each update?

I made an extra folder for Stinger and I put the new version on top of the old one - this way it will delete the older version.
