I was able to delete the folder'mcAfee.com' but couldnot delete the folder-'McAfee'. when iam trying to do that it saying 'u need permission to delete this folder' eventhough i entered as Administrator.
How can i delete this folder,Please give me a solution, tx.

Try to delete the content of the folders

Try deleting first the contents of the folders inside mcafee.com. Each folder you'll see in mcafee.com may have another folder, open it then delete the files. When all folders is empty, try to delete each folder inside mcafee.com then delete mcafee.com folder.

If that will not help, you might need to try any of these:
1. use fileassin to delete such file or folder: http://www.malwarebytes.org/fileassassin.php
2. try to use Mcafee Removal Tool - http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=107083&lc=1033
3. try to use registry editor to delete the offending folder (backup the registry prior using it or do not use registry editor at all if you are not comfortable using it)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
