Maybe the world should do the same thing with America that

it may be doing with unstable Muslim nations. Quietly back away and let them either self destruct or reach a new level of political maturity. In either case safe borders are a must.

and while "the world" is doing that they should also examine their own motivations and actions to see if they have themselves exacerbated the problems. And to see if maybe they could be helpful rather than hypercritical.
