Maybe it's me but I notice....

by Tony Holmes / September 17, 2011 7:36 AM PDT

strange stuff while I'm sitting on the front stoop after work, relaxing and sucking on a beer. Please, someone else tell me this is strange.

To me it was comical but I held my tongue and said zilch.A 30ish gentleman with bushy black hair and beard walked past me,he was wearing a t-shirt,grey sweat shirt and grey sweat pants.

What struck me as strange was the fact he was wearing immaculate, brown dress shoes and I could hear the clop of the hard leather soles/heals as he walked past....huh?

Why would someone put on their sweats and talk a walk in expensive dress shoes?

Worried about shoe muggers?
by James Denison / September 17, 2011 10:36 AM PDT

Maybe his other shoes gave him a blister in the heel and he needed something lower cut. I have a problem with these heel stablizer walking shoes, always go for the lowest heel cut on them I can find and have had to take a new pair once to cobbler/shoe shop to have the back of the heel cut down.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
