Maybe I shouldn't be telling you this..

For the second year in a row, New Hampshire has been named the most livable state in the country.

The ranking comes from Morgan Quitno Press

The group said New Hampshire's low unemployment, crime and well-educated population made it tops.

Following New Hampshire, Minnesota and Vermont rounded out the top three.

You have to be able to tolerate the winters though.

... in the not too distant past, said that they were happy to have everybody visit, but please not to move there. Happy

If you are representative of the citizens of New Hampshire, there must be a lot of bright, friendly folks there, as well.

But I heard say Boston, MA is one of the safest cities to live in. I do not live in Boston, Never have, and never will, so I did'nt keep tabs on the stats I saw. How they determined that, I do not know. Seems like they are shooting somebody in there every day. Sad

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
