Maybe I'm using the wrong terms

I want to deploy a second wireless network at work for clients to use for internet access. I want it to have a general login page( with a generic username and password that will be supplied to them. I don't know if I need to install software or specific hardware to get users redirected to this page like in a commercial hotspot. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
