Judge suing dry cleaner chokes up in court

WASHINGTON (AP) - A judge had to leave the courtroom with tears running down his face Tuesday after recalling the lost pair of trousers that led to his $54 million US lawsuit against a dry cleaner.

IF he does get any money, he should use it to get some help, and so should the Judge/jury that awards him any money.

I think he should have to pay the Defendants legal fees for all of the "obvious" malicious harassment he's put them through. And sense he has turned down fair settlements offered to him by the defendants he shouldn't be awarded anything except disbarment for deliberately wasting every body's time and money, and for tying up the court with this frivolous c@rp.
