While "it's what I use", and what I hand out quite often many misconceptions still occur with Open Office.

My neighbor tried Open Office and showed me some spreadsheet cell and "it shouldn't be yellow." They installing Microsoft Office and the cell was indeed "yellow." All that was needed was some cell formatting (either Office.)

But little misunderstandings like that ring the register for Microsoft.

-> If you ask an Open Office question and I have any clue (I don't have many) I may reply.

In closing there are Open Office support forums, and ... google.

I guess I have tested the waters. As of now,there are only 81 pages and some 8,900 messages at the MS Office forum here, so OO will be even more slow moving.
