Maximize windows overtake whole screen

by fvshaggy / June 16, 2007 9:30 AM PDT

Hello again,

I have a question regarding maxamizing and minimizing screens. Whenever i click to maxamize the screen, it will cover everything including the toolbar at the bottom of the page. I only want it to maxamize to the actual size above the toolbar. Any ideas?

The task bar has an Always on Top checkbox that if not checked will cause this.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
