Most likely, any 8 gigabyte drive with work without much ado. http://groups.google.com/groups?q=IBM+Aptiva+E2N+maximum+size+hard+disk&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&selm=t6m3ked93qosc6%40corp.supernews.com&rnum=1 and all 9 parts is worth reading, but as machines reach this age, the documentation and BIOS support definitely vanishes.
Give 8 gigabyte drives are well under 30 dollars, and will triple the current storage, this may be the last hurrah.

I have a IBM Aptiva E2N computer about 6 years old. It has a 4 Gig hard drive which is about out of space. Does anyone know the maximum size HD this computer will recognize and what type of HD it takes? Thanks
