My player just flashes and nothing I do can seem to get it to work. Can someone send me a link to download zip file to fix my problem."

The thread you posted to is closed I think, so your post may be hard to locate.

Please feel free to reply to this (or start a new thread).

In response to your query, based on my problems with Matsui 4gig model I recommend you connect the player to computer's USB and see if it appears in My Computer as a drive. If so Right Click on it and select Properties, then Tools and Check the volume for errors. Do not select option to "fix errors automatically" at this stage. When complete disconnect using remove safely option from task bar. With a fresh battery in, the player should start up normally, taking some time to check its disk and rebuild the database.

If this doesn't do the trick repeat procedure using fix errors automatically.

If that doesn't you will have to format the drive using Fat or Fat32 (not NTFS). Obviously you will lose any stored tracks. Once complete disconnect as previously described and wait while it tries to reload the software and file system from firmware.
