matching car stereo with car speakers and subwoofer

I need an advice on this one if this system will work without any problems or issues:

Sony CDXGT650UI car stereo - 4 x 52 watts max power with 2V front and rear/sub preamp outputs with HPF/LPF crossovers

Kenwood KFC-1682IE 6.5 inch 240-watt 3-way speaker system - 4 ohm impedance, freq response: 40-22,000 Hz, sensitivity: 91 dB

Boss Audio BASS600 8-inch low profile amplified subwoofer - power output: 400 watts RMS, 600 watts max,

I just need a decent audio in my old car. Greatly appreciate your advice and comments.
