1. A full reset to the factory settings.
2. If it persists, make it a warranty issue.

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a JVC-GYHM600 camcorder and I've started filming with it quite a lot. However, I can't seem to get rid of a form of grain, wether I am in daylight or shooting at night, this form of grain shows itself especially on united colors. I've tried meddling with the gain (I filmed all my footage at -6dB), with the record format (I'm using XHQ 50 fps quality but I also tried out other formats on which the problem persisted), with the lighting (even in abundant light..) and other small tweeks. It seems I can't get rid of it. Yet when I watch other footage from other people with the same camcorder they do not seem to have the same problem pushed to the same extent as I do... Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? Is there something I'm missing out on? I'm on the latest version of the JVC GY-HM600 software..
Thanks for taking the time to read all this. Really hope I can put this behind me!
