I went into the subject

that was red, in the broadband forum.

Everything is white, not one subject is green. The Forums had this problem before, using the old system. Don't know if this is something just starting or not.

I get the same results using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 and also with Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.8

I really don't think this is a computer issue, looks more like a forum glitch. It just needs to be worked out.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
