Mapping Software

Hi,
I am looking for a mapping software which will help me do the following. Any leads/suggestions regardinjg the same would be helpful
1. Color code various countries & states in the world based on a particular criteria (for ex GDP Growth rate)
2. Can help me highlight specific cities cross the world and display custom data (for ex number of Internet Users) as a bar/circle.
3. Helps me define smaller cities/towns based on latitude & Longitude and then display above mentioned custom data
4. Provides capability to link cities across the world with the thickness of the line determied based on custom data (for example number of people travelling between the two cities)

A note. Your other post only received one reply. I can't say whether that is what you are looking for or not, but hopefully it would give you some ideas. As no other replies were offered it would seem that your needs are unique and that such software is either non-existent or rare.

Repeating the question in these forums will not change that.
