Manekin Pis in Brussels, Belgium.

Manekin Pis in Brussels, Belgium. Legend says that when a little boy who was lost or had run away was found by the police taking a, well, acheiving relief on a wall near the City Hall of Brussels, his parents were so overjoyed that they built a working fountain memorial on the very spot. Now ain't that a pisser of a story!!!!
