Managing Home network

Hi All,
I have a home wired/wireless network which has lots of different devices ie, Computers, Tablets, Phones, TV's, media players, game consoles, IOT devices etc.
I used to use Network Magic to manage this, however when I tried to install it on my new PC, I found it was discontinued. Any suggestions for some else?
