Question

Managed Support Services Charging Strategy on a given scenar

Hi All,

I wanted get an insight on what is the best practice if we are about to send a service proposal for a new customer. We offer both dev work and managed support. So both services is same company Company ABZ. We sent a proposal and inclusion of dev work and support. But we charge for the in transtion cost. However the transition is between same company but diff service. Will it be best practice to still charge on the transition to support? Will this diminish the client to get us both project team and managed support team.

Appreciate your insights.

Thank you
