Manage Multiple Outlook connector (Outlook 2003) accounts

Hi

I have been wondering whether it is possible to do this for a long time.

I have multiple Hotmail accounts that I use. When a email comes in that I want to reply to, Outlook selects my default account to send the reply, so I am forced to change who the email is from. Same thing happens when sending a new email. Outlook choose the default account. Is there a way I can change this behaviour of Outlook.
