Manage Identities

Jun 26, 2009 1:36AM PDT

Hi People,

A while back, I tried to set up an identiy on my computer for personal emails. After I set it up, I realized that it would not work. I have since forgotten the password and would like to remove the Identity feature on the computer.
Is there a way I can do this?
Every time I start my computer, when Windows Search 4.0 loads the Manage Identity window is displayed and I click the cancell button twice and it goes away. Also when I start Outlook, same thing, the Manage Identity window opens and I have to click cancel.

Thanks in advance for your help and replies.

You forgot some details.

Such as the host OS, versions of the software TITLES and more. Any guess could be a bad one.

I figured in the office and productivity it would be known.
I am running Microsoft Office 2007 on a Windows XP SP3 machine.
Outlook Express version is 6.0
Thanks. Happy

Could it be OE 6.0?

That was some helpful info, but, I can't start Outlook Express without the identity, and I do not remember the password. I hit the cancel twice or even Log Off Current Identity twice and Outlook Express never opens.

Let's find a tool for that password.

I downloaded the demo (first three characters of password) and no password protected file was found.
Thanks for trying though.

Then I'm left to guess

That some other software was used other than what we have discussed so far.
