It could be they've been implicated in more fatal accidents than guns.

Let's ban cars also.
Number of car deaths a year: 32,000.
Number of gun deaths a year: 8.000

Cell phone use indicated in 1 of 4 auto accidents

If 1 in 4 of the 32k auto deaths resulted from cell phone use, it would equal that of your gun death number. But, I did say "accidents" so that means gun accidents as well. While I'm not offering numbers, I'm quite certain that the great majority of deaths caused by guns have a person deliberately pulling the trigger with the intent to do harm,... i.e. criminal acts of violence.

Not to mention DUI's
by itsdigger / August 5, 2014 1:05 AM PDT

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) 33,561 people died in traffic crashes in 2012 in the United States (latest figures available), including an estimated 10,322 people who died in drunk driving crashes, accounting for 31% of all traffic deaths that year.

But, driving drunk isn't an accident either.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
