I wouldn't be too thrilled to see a dead fly in my water, either. But if his symptoms are for real, I think that he must have been very fragile before the fly incident.

The Supreme Court of Canada has granted Waddah Mustapha another legal swat at the fly that ruined his life.
The court ruled Thursday that the Windsor, Ont., man can appeal a lower-court judgment that stripped him of $341,775 he initially won against a water-bottling company that delivered him a water bottle with a dead fly floating near the top.
Mr. Mustapha maintained in his lawsuit that Culligan of Canada Ltd. ought to be held liable for triggering a phobia of flies that altered his personality and killed his sex life.
Ms. Mustapha ? a Lebanese immigrant with a mania for cleanliness ? won the award in 2005 from Ontario Superior Court Judge John Brockenshire.
