Things that might help:
- System Restore back to before this unlucky download
- Reset Windows 10 from the Settings App
- Reset Windows from the recovery drive you made (if you made one, which is recommended)

Hello all,
I just built my first gaming rig a couple weeks ago. It's a budget build: AMD Ryzen 5 1600, EVGA GTX 1050ti, ASUS B350m-a board. Today, after about 5 or so years of not playing the game, I decided to download Minecraft. At first it was running great, just like most of the games I play (CS: GO, BFBC2, etc.), but then my friend told me to download the Sphax texture pack. I went on the site and downloaded it, stupidly skimming over multiple prompts of asking if they can download some programs. Right after I tabbed back into my game, the FPS slowed to 17-22 frames. Obviously not typical for MC. So long story short, I did some investigating and pulled up the task manager to find that a program called "ibservice" was using almost 40% of my CPU power. Through more investigation I found that that program was linked to the "IdleBuddy" software (Malware?).
So the question is: How the hell do I fix this?
I've ran multiple free scans such as Malwarebytes, Windows security, and more, but none of them recognize this possible virus as a threat. One of the programs I used started to recognize it, and then dismissed it after a few seconds. I'm not looking to spend alot of money to fix it, but if it has to come to that, I guess it has to come to that.
I plan on taking it into a professional soon, but if anyone can give me some ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
