Malware ? & how do I fix this ?

I have my windows 10 laptop protected by Avira and it tell s me that nothing is wrong, but I have encountered a problem. When I try to access the website of the local tourist office here in France, I get taken to an online Domain name auction site called 'DomRaider Decentralised Auctions Blockchain Network'...
When I first had the problem I assumed it was because of a virus in a forwarded collection of links from the Tourist Office site. So I contacted them and the person who forwarded the links and they tell me they do not have the problem and that there must be something lodged on my lap top. I was thinking of downloading a new version of 'Spybot Search & Destroy' (which I have had experience of in the dim & distant past), but I'm not sure if that is compatible with my French version of Avira.......

A Couple Of Thoughts

First, does the same re-direct occur with other browsers? If not, then it's time to "re-set" our browser. As an example, see the procedures for resetting Firefox in the link below:

If that doesn't get it done, either the website folks don't know they're infected OR... you need to follow ALL of the steps in the link below, in the order they're given, to fully scan your computer.

“Expand” the post titled: "Please try this" at the link below:

Hope this helps.

Sometimes, there are circumstances in which the antivirus present in your computer system is not able to remove the viruses present in your computer system and the user can sense it due to system down performance.
There are many reasons behind these malware:
1. The antivirus software would be a free one
2. You have not updated the antivirus software which makes it outdated and not able to detect latest trends of viruses.

I would first suggest you to update the antivirus software so that the virus definition of the software gets updated and then run a full system scan which will take some time.
