Put your timeplan down on paper and when it is completed, take a look at Numbers in iWork or Excel in Office and see if that format is right for the plan.
Numbers spreadsheets can be saved as Excel, which can be opened by Office and Excel workbooks can be opened by Numbers.
You may even find a template to use if you search for them in either application.

Hi all,
I am new to Macs and their software and I would like your help on something.
I have both iWork 08 and Office for Mac 08 installed on my machine and I would like to make a professional looking timeplan for a project. This will later go on either a pdf or on Office 2004 on XP which is my software at work.
How can I go about this? I am not sure but I am assuming it would be better to use Office for Mac for compatibility reasons?
Thanks!
