Making a site for Q&A

I will be making a website to let people ask me a question.

I need a way to make an account so I can add a response from anywhere and have a form so people can add a question and have it appear on the account.

How would I do that without much time because I need to have the site up within about a month

Hi,
I have used a company called interspire for a number of effective solutions and this may be suitable for you. They have a product called 'ActiveKB' which sounds like it may suit your needs ?

It may need some customizing to handle a login ec, but its a god start.
