Making a order form using Frontpage

i made an order form for a website i am working on but i can't set it to deliver the results to my email address, i went into the properties and see send to FILE NAME n email address, Send to database, and send to other, i just want to send it to my email address, i put in my email address but wen i uploaded the page, but somehow its not working, help please.

seems the problem is with the sumbit button, because the reset button works, but i cant figure out what it is, i filled in the form properties correctly, but somehow it doesnt work, tried uploading the page to geocities as well as my friend's server, same problems

For a form mailer with Frontpage I'd recommend the PHP Basic Form Mailer by Kalinga Athulathmudali.

hey Sovereign, tried it with dreamweaver, all went well until i click submit, it says 'sorry, image validation failed"

i found it and turned it off, now i'm facing another problem, i dont receive any emails, wen the submit button is pressed, it goes to the confirmation page but no email reaches me, i made sure email addresses were splet right but nothing.
