will leave the mp3 as mp3 (data) files and will fit on that 700MB disc.
Burned as Audio, the files are expanded and will not fit on the 700 MB disc. Add all the mp3 play times together and see if they are more than 80 minutes.
Happy Holiday's all! I'm taking a break from wrapping. Anyway, I'm trying to make a CD with MP3 tracks. Now I'm using 700mb - 80 min CD-Rs and the MP3 'album' I'm trying to burn is 110mb, but 105 mins long. I'm lost here, why can't I burn this album to a disc? It's only 110mbs. Where does the minutes come into play? The way I see it is it's still only 110mbs of data. Every program I use to try and burn the disc tells me I will have to make a 2nd disc because all the songs will not fit. I have music CDs I have bought that I know are over 80 mins and the songs are all burned to 1 disc. Please someone tell me why this can't be done? Thank you so much! And enjoy the Holidays!
