Make idle stuff...pay for itself

Jan 31, 2015 1:23AM PST

Some time ago, I mentioned all the apps out there and basically, I like to say, "there's an app for that".

Well, yet something else is now known to me, rent or lease your "items/property to some one else". You got a car, apt./home or fancy clothes that sit or idle away, make them useful to someone else and pay for that use. Depending on you and your location you can become a hot search for commodity. Heck, there's an app for people that have to use a "bathroom/restroom" in private residence and of course pay for it. Even here, you may get a tip as you lavishly make the experience all that more enjoyable for lack of a better word. I'm sure in the Superbowl area now, people look to have access to homes or be able to park car reasonably close, etc..

I just find it all the trust that has to be part of this if you rent your car out to total strangers even if "vetted" to a degree. i thought many Bentley are being apped out, but again, who knows. ------Willy Happy
